Qualificações

Realizar manutenção predial preventivas e corretivas em diversos sistemas no edifício: quadros elétricos, tomadas, e demais sistemas hidráulicos sanitários, ar condicionado etc...

Além disso, fica sob a responsabilidade realizar manutenção predial a execução de reparos como pinturas, limpezas e consertos no geral. Seu principal objetivo é garantir que tudo esteja funcionando perfeitamente, em seu melhor estado de conservação.
