We are seeking a capable and proactive leader who will be responsible for building from scratch a financially sustainable business while providing first rate customer service in Itaituba.

Key tasks
  • Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
  • Analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan.
  • Promote the company’s services / brand through advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition.
  • Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with partners.
  • Report on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth.
Requirements
  • Background in Sales (B2C / B2B) or Business Development.
  • Hands-on experience in developing a business from zero will be a big plus.
  • Team Management experience : 1 year or above.
  • Strong command of the English language (both verbal & written).
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workstation).
