ADP SBS RS Division is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team.

You will spend most of your day continuously evaluating existing test coverage, identifying gaps, and implementing test strategies to achieve as much confidence as possible on your automation and assuring product quality.

Your role also requires you to advocate for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience.

In this role, you will work with the development team and Product Owner to gather details on features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing for ADP's web-based Human Resource solutions to determine customer usability before deployment.

This role is critical to making sure we deploy usable products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Demonstrates understanding and experience as QA Analyst / Test Engineer.
• Writing comprehensive test scenarios and strategies.
• Using API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Running SQL or NoSQL database queries.
• Working with Continuous Integration and tools like Jenkins.
• Excellent English communication skills for stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and ability to influence and advocate for quality.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Experience leveraging AI and GenAI tools to enhance test automation.
• Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools for intelligent test generation and maintenance.
• Integration of GenAI into testing workflows.
• Use of AI for test data generation, bug prediction, automated defect analysis.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Development experience using languages like JavaScript, Java, or C#.
