The successful candidate will have skills in Networking, support complex software in Windows/Linux, and be fluent in English and Portuguese. This role is critical for helping clients maximize product use and offers a teamwork-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Prior support or systems administration experience required.
• Ability to configure and support complex software in Windows and Linux environments.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (read/write/speak).

The Technical Support function at Tenable is critical to our success as a company. Tech Support Engineers (TSEs) and other customer facing team members insure that our clients get the most from our products. They build up real-world troubleshooting skills and customer service savvy that enables them to move into more senior roles in Professional Services, Sales, Research or Engineering.

For Technical Support roles we generally look for individuals who have prior support or systems administration experience. However, it's more important to have a baseline of knowledge in Networking, along with the ability to configure and support complex software in Windows and Linux environments.

We currently have needs for TSEs with English and Portuguese fluency (read/write/speak) based in São Paulo Brazil.
