The Technical Support Function at Tenable

Tech Support Engineers (TSEs) and other customer facing team members ensure that our clients get the most from our products. They build real‑world troubleshooting skills and customer service savvy that enables them to move into more senior roles in Professional Services, Sales, Research or Engineering.

Role Expectations and Requirements

We generally look for individuals who have prior support or systems administration experience. However, it’s more important to have a baseline of knowledge in Networking, along with the ability to configure and support complex software in Windows and Linux environments. For Technical Support roles we look for English and Portuguese fluency (read/write/speak) based in São Paulo, Brazil.
