We are looking for talented people to help us deliver exceptional bilingual (Spanish) customer service as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at TTEC - WORKING REMOTE initially, and later working from the office location (Santo Amaro region). Our client is a technology global leader of cloud data services.

Responsibilities
  • Customer service to generate business opportunities for executives from all over Latin America
  • Providing information regarding a technology solution
  • Prospection for arranging meetings and confirming the participation of executives in events
  • Database update and spreadsheet filling
Requirements
  • Fluent level of Spanish
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship, teamwork spirit, ease in mastering and assimilating new tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Easy access to the Santo Amaro region
Plus
  • Completed or ongoing higher education in the technology field
  • Sales Force experience
Skills
  • Computer skills, especially in MS Excel
  • Ease in mastering tools

Salary : R$ 1.667,88+ VT + VR or VA
