  • Manage customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Efficiently manage calls and installations while maintaining a friendly tone.
  • Schedule and confirm installation dates while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Notify customers and technicians of time windows and updates in a timely manner.
  • Send routes and assignments to technicians to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with technicians for ETA updates and relay real-time information to customers.
  • Respond to emails and assist incoming calls as needed while staying sharp and helpful.
  • Handle escalated situations with confidence, empathy, and a calm voice.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and business partners to ensure alignment and meet their needs.
