Since pioneering business strategy in 1963, we’ve supported clients through large-scale transformations that drive growth, strengthen competitive advantage, and deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

[On site position based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro]

As an Executive Assistant (EA), you will operate with a high degree of autonomy to support some of our most senior consultants.

You will be responsible for managing their calendars, effectively prioritizing demands, and anticipating needs. This includes coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, tracking time and expenses, supporting internal consulting team processes, and navigating the fast-paced rhythm typical of work with our senior leadership.

You will be part of a collaborative, sharp, and team-oriented administrative group, contributing actively to office dynamics and supporting other functions when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, especially under pressure.
  • Proactively anticipate, plan, and coordinate end-to-end travel, always acting with foresight and preparing for future needs.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently, maintaining a diplomatic and mature approach when handling complex and occasionally challenging demands. Knowing when to seek guidance is also part of the role.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating genuine people focus and a positive attitude.
  • Act as a true partner to executives and leaders, ensuring they have the information they need, supporting time prioritization, and engaging the right people at the right moment.
  • This description covers the core responsibilities but does not limit other activities inherent to the role.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree and preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments supporting senior executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and/or client service, with excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands in an organized and structured manner.
  • Ability to manage behind-the-scenes operations and develop creative solutions, contributing to a high standard of service and impact in client work.
  • Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking, seeking to understand the broader context beyond immediate tasks.
  • Fluent communication in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, with clarity and professionalism at all organizational levels.
