The Identity & Access Management team is a globally dispersed team (Brazil, Houston, and India) that develops and maintains IT applications to efficiently and securely manage machine access and application secrets for modern platforms (e.g., Cloud and Containers), DevOps pipelines, and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).

Join the EMIT Department at ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda., located in Curitiba, with over 21 years of presence and a workforce of approximately 1800 employees supporting global businesses. Our offices are in Brazil, USA, Europe, and Asia.

What you will do

Implement, maintain, support, and enhance a Tier 0 vendor Secrets Management application, focusing on core platform management, cloud interfacing, and vendor issue resolution. This role is ideal for those interested in Applications Support, Application Integration, Technical Support, Database Development, or Identity & Access Management.

• Collaborate with vendors to integrate third-party software into a corporate environment
• Install, configure, and deploy software
• Coordinate testing and troubleshooting with domain experts
• Develop scripts to deliver applications
• Update application documentation through reviews with support contacts
• Work within a global IT team to resolve issues
• Coordinate and communicate throughout the software development and support cycles
• Follow change management procedures
• Assess and mitigate application security exposures

About you

We seek a DevOps Secrets Engineer with strong analytical and proactive skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to multitask and work effectively in global virtual teams. Experience in change management, system monitoring, vendor collaboration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support queue management is essential. Availability for on-call rotations is required. Technical skills include:

Infrastructure:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

Cloud:

• Experience with AWS and Azure, managing resources and configurations
• Managing App Registrations and client secrets
• Experience with AWS Accounts and Roles
• Strong scripting and programming skills, including Rest APIs
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices (GitHub Actions, ADO Pipelines)
• Design patterns for complex solutions

HashiCorp:

• Vault/Consul management experience
• HashiCorp Terraform programming skills
