This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design and technical direction of enterprise-grade cloud solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment. As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will combine hands‑on development with architectural leadership, driving scalable, secure, and innovative solutions across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to ensure technology aligns with strategic objectives. The role emphasizes modern cloud‑native practices, AI integration, and operational excellence, providing significant impact on business outcomes. You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and shape architectural standards across complex systems. Accountabilities

• Lead the architecture of internal and client‑facing applications within Azure cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Design, document, and evolve cloud‑native solutions using Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Virtual Networks, and API Management.
• Act as a technical authority, guiding architectural discussions, reviewing designs, and approving critical technical decisions.
• Provide hands‑on development support with .NET Core (C#) and modern front‑end frameworks (React or Angular).
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and architectural coaching.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Implement and enforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security standards.
• Identify technical debt and define actionable strategies for continuous improvement and system optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles such as Software Architect, Staff Engineer, or Technical Lead.
• Proven expertise in Azure Cloud Services and enterprise application development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with .NET Core (C#) and familiarity with front‑end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑native, serverless, and distributed system architectures.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, service‑oriented architectures, and scalable database solutions (SQL and NoSQL).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring, problem‑solving, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Nice to have: Azure certifications (Architect or Developer), microservices and event‑driven architecture experience, automated testing strategies, and experience with distributed/offshore teams.
