For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – AV Manager – Broadcast and Media Equipment Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and maintain cutting-edge audio-visual equipment for video production, broadcast, and interactive media;
• Operate and monitor AV systems during live broadcasts and special projects;
• Quickly troubleshoot and repair technical issues to keep production running smoothly;
• Develop and install custom AV circuits and hardware solutions;
• Ensure workplace safety while following instructions from creative directors and colleagues;
• Collaborate closely with your team and other departments to deliver high-quality productions;
• Stay up to date with the latest AV technology, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Willingness to complete hands-on training in Europe (90 days in Romania, 90 days in Serbia – flights and accommodation covered);
• Strong knowledge of photography, video production, and AV equipment, including cameras, switchers, and SDI infrastructure;
• Experience in electronic engineering and live chroma keying;
• Excellent IT, project management, and creative problem-solving skills;
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail, time management, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure;
• Good color vision and hearing for working safely with AV equipment.
