A vacation home management company is seeking remote support staff in Brazil. Candidates will provide guest support in English, manage communications with the operations team, and process transactions. This role requires advanced English skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work evening shifts including weekends. The base salary is R$2,000/month and candidates must have effective communication and multitasking skills. There’s one day off per week, with flexible scheduling due to time zone changes.

If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long-term partnership.

Responsibilities

• Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
• Identify and filter guest needs
• Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
• Process and register issued charges
• Monitor additional services requested / paid
• Schedule additional services according to guest requests
• Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
• Intermediate computer skills
• Proactivity and commitment
• Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift-based)

Schedule

6:00 PM to 2:20 AM – 1-hour break

Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.

Compensation

Base salary : R$2.000.00
