- This role involves reviewing customer inquiries, conducting market research, acquiring and developing new customers, managing product offerings, pricing strategies, inventory levels, and portfolio management.
- Candidates should possess a solid technical background, preferably in automotive engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- A strong understanding of finance and accounting principles is an advantage, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Additionally, fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish considered beneficial due to potential customer support responsibilities in other South American countries.
- Key Responsibilities: Review customer inquiries and respond promptly; Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; Acquire and develop new customers through strategic outreach and relationship-building; Manage product offerings and pricing strategies to meet customer needs; Maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize product portfolio; Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
