What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist the Sr Facilities Manager in operational activities supporting technical services, maintenance, and vendor management
  • Manage work orders in the Corrigo CMMS system, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities
  • Coordinate vendor management for various maintenance services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Maintain compliance with service agreements and regulatory safety requirements on client premises
  • Communicate proactively with site operations teams regarding work order status and vendor coordination
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Corrigo Enterprise and knowledge of CorrigoPro and Customer Portal
  • Experience in sourcing and supply chain processes in facility management
  • Strong understanding of operational and technical requirements in facility management
  • Ability to maintain daily communications with management to ensure issue resolution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in managing vendor quotes, invoices, and payments
  • Proficiency in creating and managing emergency work orders
  • Background in analyzing and reporting work order details
  • Familiarity with Health Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations
  • Previous experience in performance management programs and personal development planning
