What you will be doing

• Growing and developing the AIM Business Line for services and software in Brazil, focusing on account management with existing and new clients.
• Driving AIM, engineering consultancy and energy transition activities in coordination with senior management of Americas and other Business Line heads.
• Developing new business, initiating and winning proposals together with regional teams as required and identifying other cross‑selling opportunities for the wider group business.
• Optimising quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction with existing clients.
• Coordinating effective key service line contract delivery operations in Brazil.
• Implementing and continuously improving work processes and supporting systems to deliver excellence.
• Ensuring all operations and client deliverables are in accordance with contract instructions and meet ABL's quality procedures and policies.
• Interfacing with MD AIM & RMD Americas in monitoring direct service delivery costs to maximise profitability.

What we are looking for

• Proven leader with at least 10 years of relevant experience within the Offshore / Energy industries.
• Degree level education in a marine or relevant engineering discipline.
• Extensive technical understanding of the Asset Management, offshore marine, and engineering consultancy sectors.
• Fully conversant with asset and integrity management, marine and engineering consultancy to the offshore oil and gas markets.
• Knowledge of rotating, electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance requirements.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (specifically Maximo, SAP) and CMMS / maintenance builds.
• Knowledge of ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO ****, BS ****, Safety Case Regulations, PFEER, SOLAS.
