Golden Goose is looking for a passionate and customer-focused In-Store Artist who will provide an exceptional experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization! While working in-store, you will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products, and storytelling.

Main Responsibilities :

Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.

Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.

Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.

Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.

Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.

Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.

Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.

Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.

Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.

Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

Qualifications :

1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail

An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)

Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

Strong team player

English and other languages a plus!
