Work Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

About Us Elite Premium Detailing is a high-end automotive protection studio operating in the United States, specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Vinyl Wraps, and Premium Detailing Services.

We work exclusively with luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles, delivering top-quality craftsmanship and a premium client experience.

We are expanding our team and looking for a high-performance Appointment Setter to help qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.

Role Overview

As our Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting new leads quickly, qualifying potential customers, gathering essential vehicle information, and scheduling appointments for consultations or services.

This role is 100% remote, but requires excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and a solid sales-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call new inbound leads immediately upon arrival
  • Qualify prospects interested in PPF, Ceramic Coating, Vinyl Wraps, or other services
  • Collect essential vehicle data (Year – Make – Model – Color)
  • Identify client needs, urgency, and purchase intent
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up consultations
  • Update CRM (GoHighLevel) accurately and consistently
  • Execute follow-ups with warm leads
  • Meet weekly performance and conversion targets
Requirements
  • Fluent English (speaking & listening) – mandatory
  • Prior experience in sales, SDR, appointment setting, or customer qualification
  • Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
  • Ability to follow scripts while staying natural and conversational
  • High-speed internet (wired connection preferred)
  • Quiet environment + quality headset
  • Comfortable working during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and performance-driven
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with U.S. clients
  • Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel)
  • Experience in automotive, luxury services, or B2C sales
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Compensation

Competitive fixed monthly salary (Brazil-based): R$3000 - R$5000

Performance bonuses + commission per qualified appointment
