This position can be based in PALMAS or SÃO PAULO.

Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Finance Data Management group. We are looking for a global expert business process and data analyst to facilitate and evolve the execution of global master data management in our SoAM systems. This position will partner across the business and data management team to drive standardized and efficient data management processes and governance with a focus on controls. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with other associates and team members and leverage strong communication skills.

This position will be based in our Palmas or Sao Paulo office (on a hybrid basis).

Responsibilities

  • Manage an ongoing queue of requests for counterparty master data ensuring that all requests are valid, accurate and completed within service level agreements supporting our SoAM and other regions and systems
  • Evaluate process needs and collaborate with data team members, businesses, and IT to identify efficiencies in achieving automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement
  • Manage and lead projects to improve processes and data quality, identifying issues, root causes and gaps
  • Lead and guide team members to implement enterprise best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Coach and align associates with data work and projects, ensuring optimal support and service
  • Participate in technology decisions to enable & enhance data governance processes and data quality monitoring by performing requirements analysis and testing
  • Develop and grow strong cross-functional relationships to ensure the achievement of department and business objectives, navigating complex issues and change management through collaboration and communication
  • Collaborate with Internal Controls and other stakeholders to effectively manage controls and mitigate risks.
  • Develop, monitor and present key performance indicators and service level agreements to leadership depicting opportunities for improvement and measures of success
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related Business field.
  • 7+ years of experience working in finance, data governance, data administration or data related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and leading a team
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

  • Previous use of SAP data management and governance tools
  • Experience leading and influencing across business and functional boundaries
  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects and tasks
  • Experience leading or supporting a global team
