This role involves administering client portfolios, analyzing EDI, and improving departmental processes. Responsabilidades

  • Support management in escalation and meetings with local and international clients.
  • Propose and seek to implement improvements in the department.
  • Monitor ongoing projects in the Customer Service sector.
  • Review processes in the area.
  • Administer client portfolios in SAP.
  • Follow up with planning, shipping, importing, and quality.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Manually place orders in the system.
  • Compare order portfolios.
  • Monitor orders shipped outside of lead time and communicate with clients.
  • Update and track KPIs.
  • Analyze EDI.
