The role is responsible for conducting the analytics processes and methodologies that support key Route to Market (RTM) initiatives aimed at identifying opportunities to optimize the distribution network and operational RTM strategies. These projects are based on RTM assessments that form part of an ongoing analytics cycle, which begins with a comprehensive RTM and performance analysis across business units. Based on these findings, priority projects are scoped, planned, and executed.

This position will lead the development and management of the RTM analytics foundation, which underpins performance diagnostics and preliminary network evaluations. Once a network optimization initiative is launched, this role will be accountable for the preparation and data collection phase and will provide support during model calibration and optimization.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Proven experience in Supply Chain or Commercial Analytics roles, with prior involvement in data-driven projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Excel, Piton, Llamasoft, and other modeling/optimization platforms.
• Experience in previous analytics projects related with data automation, optimization model or analytics models development.
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to interact with stakeholders across different levels and geographies.
• Ownership, autonomy, and resilience to navigate evolving priorities and shifting environment while still being able to focus on deliver the commitments.
• Fluency in English.
• Continuously monitor the analytics process to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency gains—allowing greater focus on insight generation and decision support.
