A leading global social app company in Brazil is seeking a candidate fluent in both English and Portuguese. The role involves recruiting agencies and hosts, translating events, and fostering user relationships. Ideal candidates have a year of experience in agency recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for voice social apps. This position requires a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment efforts.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month).
• Assist in the translation of events and product features (English to Portuguese).

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
• Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
