A leading Internet company in Brazil seeks a recruitment specialist for their social app business unit. The role demands fluency in English and Portuguese, along with the ability to independently manage the recruitment of hosts and coin-dealers. Applicants should have experience in formulating and executing recruitment strategies. The compensation includes a basic salary, KPI, and bonus.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Independently recruit and manage agencies (at least 200-300 hosts per month), hosts, and coin-dealers.
• Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.
• Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.
