Qualificações

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Familiarity with Commission Junction and BrandVerity.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or brands (a plus).
  • Ability to work in any U.S. timezone or a night shift.

Responsabilidades

  • Download and prepare performance reports using proprietary analytics tools.
  • Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid/invalid promotion codes.
  • Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
  • Perform semi-weekly checks to monitor trademark infringements.
  • Track daily client KPIs and flag discrepancies.
  • Process monthly voids/edits and compile comprehensive recaps.
  • Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts.

What You’ll Do
  • Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using proprietary analytics tools for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables
  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid/invalid promotion codes and send templated emails to partners in violation
  • Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations
  • BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators
  • KPI Oversight: Track daily client KPIs, compare results to defined guardrails, and flag discrepancies to the Account Manager
  • Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids/edits and compile comprehensive recaps for internal review
  • Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for provided publisher lists
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar affiliate tools, and BrandVerity or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office
  • Experience managing multiple clients or brands (a plus)
  • Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in any U.S. timezone or a night shift schedule in the Philippines
