A top logistics company in Cajamar, Brazil, is seeking a Learning Manager for its Fulfillment Centers. This role focuses on the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring quality training for associates. Candidates should have experience in program management, data analysis, and a strong ability to drive improvements. An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred. You will lead a team of trainers and oversee training success metrics, contributing to operational excellence.
Description
As a Learning manager for Fulfillment Centers (FCs), you will be the guardian of quality training at Earth's most customer-centric company! More specifically, you will be responsible for the creation and adoption of associate Training content and programs at Amazon's First Mile network.
As a Program Manager, you will be accountable for the program's roadmap, planning cycles, financial entitlement, strategy, structure, and content. You will oversee a team of field trainers to ensure the continued training and ops excellence of our associates and leaders at FC operations around the country.
Your core activities and responsibilities include:
You will be working closely with all Ops teams to offer support and expertise and gain an insight into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. You will also work with your counterparts in other geographies to benchmark our processes and ensure conformity with Amazon Standard Work. You will be responsible for associate training, including onboarding on- and off-peak.
