As part of our expansion in Brazil, we are seeking to strengthen our teams and are looking for an English-speaking Accounting Manager with an international background, to manage and develop accounting and tax support services for international companies setting up in Brazil. The position is based in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with our teams and clients based abroad
• Strong relationship, advice, and best practices to operate in Brazil
• Management of the Corporate Services team (planning, A / P-A / R, Bank reconciliation, payroll, reporting)
• Review Annual Final statements for all the clients, finalize P&L and BS with the accounting firm
• Prepare the annual budget / forecast
• Review monthly and annual tax & statutory compliance
• Review before sending to the client all the reporting (P&L) and advise the clients
• Communicate and maintain trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities

Profile

• 4-6 years' experience in a major accounting firm (Big 10)
• Bachelor / Master's degree in Finance, Public Accountants, Administration, or any other related field from an accredited institution
• International profile, fluent in Portuguese and English (French is a plus)
• Natural ability to multitask, proactive, logical and analytical thinking, sense of responsibility
• Excellent commercial understanding, strong communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, pleasant personality, passionate for international environment
