Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with IFRS and UAE tax laws.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure that general ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to support audit activities.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing financial forecasts.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure full compliance with FTA (Federal Tax Authority) regulations.
• Maintain and update fixed asset registers, and conduct regular asset audits.
• Support and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
