SOFTSWISS is hiring an Account Manager (LATAM) to join our dynamic Game Aggregator team. We are seeking a client-focused, results-driven professional who will build strong partnerships with our casino operator clients, drive growth through upselling and cross-selling, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction across the LATAM region.

The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a robust API that streamlines the content aggregation process for online casinos. Our experienced team is working hard to integrate the best game vendors in one place. Our clients enjoy the security and reliability of our product. Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with casino operator clients across the Latin American market, ensuring their success with the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator. By acting as a trusted partner, you will drive client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and provide insights that help clients optimize their performance while strengthening SOFTSWISS’s market presence in the region.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for casino operator clients, building strong and lasting relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely solutions
  • Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing actionable insights for optimization
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to deliver strategic recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support clients with ongoing requirements or challenges
Required Experience:
  • 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve client performance
  • Experience resolving client issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction
  • Written and spoken English at C1+ level
  • Written and spoken Portuguese at C1+ level
Nice to have:
  • Written and spoken Spanish
  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • Familiarity with LATAM market trends and client expectations
