Lead communication strategy and execution for the LATAM Regional President (70% of time) and Brazil and Mexico GMs (30% of time), focused on positioning the Regional President as a thought leader in IT infrastructure and ensuring effective cascade of strategic business messages (especially RevOps priorities and quarterly updates) to local teams.

Thought Leadership & External Positioning (40%)
  • Develop and execute thought leadership strategy to position Regional President as a reference in IT infrastructure for AI across Latin America
  • Identify media opportunities, events, and relevant platforms; develop briefing books and keynotes for flagship events/speaking engagements
  • Create and manage editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and market moments, working closely with local PR leads
  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn) for President and GMs, including content strategy, post creation, and engagement
  • Monitor share of voice and executive perception vs. competitors on strategic themes
Internal GTM/Executive Communications (40%)
  • Develop and execute internal GTM communications for Regional President (town halls, quarterly emails, strategic alignment messages)
  • Structure and produce communications and/or talking points for Brazil and Mexico GMs focused exclusively on cascading President's strategic messages and business updates (end of quarter, RevOps, regional priorities)
  • Ensure message consistency across executive levels and alignment with global narratives
  • Work closely with executives to extract insights and transform them into clear, actionable communications
  • Measure effectiveness through open rates, qualitative feedback, and satisfaction surveys
Stakeholder Management & Integration (20%)
  • Serve as focal point between regional executives, local PR teams, and agencies
  • Ensure alignment with global communication, GTM and RevOps strategies
  • Manage communication approval process with executives
  • Onsite presence at company's office 2x per week to build close relationships with executives and understand business dynamics
  • +7 years in corporate communications, with focus on executive communications or corporate affairs
  • Proven experience in thought leadership and C-level executive positioning
  • Track record of working directly with senior executives (insight extraction, relationship management)
  • Experience in technology or complex B2B environments
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal). Spanish is desired.
  • Comfortable using Ain tools for content development.
  • Excellent strategic writing - ability to transform complex concepts into clear, impactful messages
  • Strategic thinking - understand business and translate into communication narratives
  • Executive social media management (LinkedIn) with focus on thought leadership
  • Ability to work autonomously while fully integrated with multiple stakeholders
  • Agility and prioritization skills in high-demand environment
