Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead business development, sales and strategic account management of White Label brokerage solutions in LATAM. This is a senior, autonomous and results-driven position, focused on market development, high-ticket B2B sales and long-term client growth. The professional will act as the primary relationship owner between B2Hive and its brokers, combining commercial execution, account management and market intelligence.

Scope of the Position

Senior Account Manager – Brazil Market

  • Focus on business development and account management within the Brazilian market
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese required (C1 level or higher)
  • Demonstrated experience and professional network related to the Brazilian digital finance ecosystem

Senior Account Manager – LATAM Markets

  • Focus on Latin American markets
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish required (C1 level or higher)
  • Strong experience working with LATAM markets and regional business dynamics
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Prospect, negotiate and close new White Label brokerage contracts
  • Conduct consultative B2B sales for high-value solutions
  • Manage the full commercial cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing
  • Leverage existing professional relationships to generate new opportunities
  • Represent B2Hive in negotiations with decision-makers and strategic partners

Account Management & Growth

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned broker accounts
  • Support clients throughout their operational lifecycle
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing and support)
  • Drive broker performance, volume growth, retention and longevity

A relevant portion of compensation is directly tied to client performance, making post-sale account management a core responsibility.

Market Representation & Intelligence
  • Represent B2Hive at industry events, conferences and trade fairs
  • Expand institutional and commercial relationships
  • Identify partnership opportunities and acquisition channels
  • Monitor competitors, market movements and regulatory trends
  • Proactively suggest improvements to products, strategy and positioning
Pipeline & Reporting
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts and revenue predictability
  • Report results in a structured and data-driven manner
  • Operate with ownership mindset, efficiency and financial accountability
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in one or more of the following sectors: iGaming / Binary Options / Forex / Affiliate Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, partnerships or affiliate management
  • Active professional network involving: Influencers, Digital experts, Affiliates, Brokers or betting operators
  • Proven ability to close high-value commercial deals
  • Experience working with international contracts and cross-border operations
  • High level of autonomy and strong results orientation
  • Availability to travel and attend strategic industry events

Compensation Structure
  • Monthly fixed fee: USD 800 – USD 1,500 (based on seniority and profile alignment)
