We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead business development, sales and strategic account management of White Label brokerage solutions in LATAM. This is a senior, autonomous and results-driven position, focused on market development, high-ticket B2B sales and long-term client growth. The professional will act as the primary relationship owner between B2Hive and its brokers, combining commercial execution, account management and market intelligence.
Focus on business development and account management within the Brazilian market
Professional proficiency in Portuguese required (C1 level or higher)
Demonstrated experience and professional network related to the Brazilian digital finance ecosystem
Focus on Latin American markets
Professional proficiency in Spanish required (C1 level or higher)
Strong experience working with LATAM markets and regional business dynamics
Monthly fixed fee : USD 800 – USD 1,500 (based on seniority and profile alignment)
Recurring performance commission : 10% over operational results of active broker accounts
