Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop a deep understanding of SiiLA's products, data, and the commercial real estate market to build credibility and be a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Understand the Platform's Advertising Features : Gain a deep knowledge of the platform's advertising offerings, tools, and capabilities to effectively showcase the benefits to potential clients and maximize their value.
  • Strategize Advertising Solutions : Work closely with the marketing team to design customized advertising solutions for clients, utilizing platform features to target the right audience and enhance commercial real estate market visibility.
  • Client Consultation & Advisory : Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' needs and leveraging the platform's advertising tools to achieve their business objectives, particularly in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging a consultative selling approach to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Engage with prospects through persistent outreach, effective listening, and thoughtful presentations to communicate SiiLA's value proposition.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting : Continuously monitor the performance of advertising campaigns on the platform, providing clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their campaigns.
  • Educate Clients on the Platform's Value : Conduct presentations, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients on effectively using the platform's advertising features, fostering long-term client relationships and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product Development : Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and industry trends, helping to refine and enhance the platform's advertising benefits for greater market relevance.
  • Drive Client Acquisition & Retention : Proactively identify opportunities to acquire new clients and retain existing ones by showcasing the unique advantages and results that the platform's advertising solutions deliver within the commercial real estate market.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends : Keep updated with digital advertising and commercial real estate trends to ensure the platform remains competitive and aligned with market demands.
  • Take initiative to experiment, refine processes, and share ideas to help SiiLA scale in the Brazil Market and beyond.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders, maintaining trust and delivering value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
