Responsibilities
  • Manage and customize Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Defender, EntraID, Teams Phone, Exchange).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with direct contact to internal business partners.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external support providers to ensure efficient solutions.
  • Support service delivery projects, ensuring smooth transition to regular operations.
Qualifications

Nice to Have:

  • Hybrid user / group management, client setup via Intune, software packaging.
  • Security configuration with Defender, hybrid Exchange & Teams Phone management.
  • Basic understanding of Azure deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IP‑PBX systems and email signature tools.
  • Knowledge of core IT infrastructure: VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, ICMP, etc.

Requirements and Differentials:

  • Degree or certification in Computer Science or related field, with relevant experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Intune, Defender, EntraID, Exchange, and Teams Phone.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Team‑oriented, solution‑driven, and committed to delivering excellent service.
