Knowledge and Experience Required

• Proficient with generative AI tools that support the quality assurance process of development teams (test case generation, automated test generation in all layers of the pyramid).
• Knowledge of QA processes such as RCA, Scrum, and QA metrics.
• Familiarity with QA management tools to create, manage, execute, and track tests.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools for both back-end and front-end.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Selenium and Playwright for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• A desire to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
• Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with a drive to learn.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of Jira and Zephyr.
