A local government authority in Ballarat is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Mayor and Deputy Mayor. Band 6 salary range $91,938 to $102,015 plus superannuation

This high-profile role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of civic leadership, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to positive outcomes for our community. As part of the Executive and Civic Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering excellence in governance and engagement.
Provide high-level executive and civic support to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor, including confidential and day to day management in a busy and politically sensitive environment, to enable the Mayor and Deputy Mayor to effectively fulfil civic responsibilities and community leadership duties to deliver positive community outcomes.
You are a highly organised, politically astute professional with a passion for public service and civic engagement. You thrive in dynamic environments where your ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships makes a real impact.
