The Opportunity

A respected builder specialising in high‑end custom homes is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering a competitive package, a fully maintained vehicle, and the chance to work on stunning projects valued between $1M–$5M.

You’ll oversee all aspects of site management, from coordinating trades and programming schedules to maintaining client relationships and ensuring exceptional quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering luxury homes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractor coordination.
  • Programming and scheduling jobs to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintaining OH&S compliance and a clean, safe site.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on luxury custom homes.
  • Strong knowledge of Perth building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
