What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead finance for DuluxGroup’s Distribution & Freight network, overseeing a $110M cost base across five state warehouses and national freight operations. As the key financial partner to the Head of Distribution, you’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, month‑end reporting, and strategic analysis while contributing to leadership decisions.

This hybrid role blends financial oversight with operational projects, including freight optimization, S&OP, and inventory planning. You’ll work closely with numerous stakeholders across finance and operations, mentor a direct report, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

What We’re Looking for:
  • Degree in Accounting or related discipline, with CA/CPA qualification (or currently studying).
  • Relevant industry experience ideally in supply chain, distribution, freight, manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
  • Strong financial management background, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
  • Advanced financial modelling and evaluation skills, with solid commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in key systems such as SAP and strong analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage across diverse stakeholders.
