We’re looking for a dedicated Site Manager to lead a major $25M+ food processing facility project. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the construction and commissioning of a premium-grade manufacturing site, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to guide and support the on‑site team, including Foremen and Subcontractors, fostering collaboration and high performance. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include managing site operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring the project stays on track with timelines and budget goals.
We’re seeking an experienced professional with at least five years’ site management experience, ideally in industrial (food manufacturing/processing) or commercial builds over $10M. You’ll bring a hands‑on leadership style, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. A strong understanding of subcontractor coordination and a commitment to safety and results are key. Formal construction qualifications (minimum trade Certificate), are essential.
