An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Social Company in Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provides a link between kitchen and service areas.
• Provides table and or counter service of all menu items.
• Provides table and or counter service of alcoholic / non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Updates food and beverage knowledge required to carry out duties.
• Provides advice on food and beverage to guests.
• To be familiar with the food and beverage service including stemware used and appropriate garnishes.
• Receives and stores food and beverage adhering to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.
• Consistently monitors quality of food and beverage being served, and reports to the supervisor or assistant outlet manager.

• University Degree preferably in hospitality management
• 2 years in a Food and Beverage Service outlet in a life‑style property or restaurant
• Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm with work
• Good English communication skills
• Sound knowledge of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
