One of our clients is looking for a dynamic Sales & Distribution Section Head for the Comics division to drive their vision forward and expand their global reach.

• Shape and execute publishing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Grow global and regional sales, manage key partnerships, and optimise distribution across physical and digital platforms.
• Identify emerging markets, build international partnerships, and represent us at major book fairs and industry events.
• Work closely with marketing teams to launch successful campaigns and boost visibility.
• Manage a high-performing team, foster talent development and ensure performance excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Business, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years’ experience in publishing or content / media sales; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in distribution and commercial deal-making.
• Strong industry network and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with copyright, publishing contracts, and EHS regulations.
• Passion for storytelling, innovation, and building a thriving creative ecosystem.
