What You'll Own
Full social media strategy and across TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn
A daily/weekly content engine built around the founder personal brand and BE's growth narrative
Trend tracking and fast implementation (if it's hot we post today not next week)
Leading and coordinating the in-house video editor, designer, writer and videographer
Writing (or overseeing) hooks, headlines, captions and CTAs that convert views to followers
Content performance tracking, reporting and iteration
Building our short-form content volume and velocity (minimum 45 posts per week per brand)
What Success Looks Like
High engagement growth on all platforms
23 viral pieces of content monthly
Clear positioning of the founder as a visionary brand in the affiliate SaaS space
Daily inbound leads and community buzz from organic content
Consistent publishing with clear creative direction and performance-focused feedback
Required Experience
24 years managing and growing founder-led or brand social media accounts
You've grown at least one account 50K organically and can show us how
You've created short-form content that went viral (and know why it did)
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn
Strong understanding of hooks, captions, trends, content pacing and visual storytelling
Proven ability to lead creatives and get content shipped
Bonus: Experience in entrepreneurship, personal branding, SaaS, trading or affiliate spaces
