Job Description :
Minimum 5 years’ performance experience in a similar role managing performance and data specialists.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, dashboard solutions
Proficiency in all Social Media Business Manager (Meta, Snapchat, Twitter / X, TikTok, LinkedIn), Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display), with high ad operations knowledge.
Proficiency in tracking and measurement tools (ex. Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics)
Proficiency in tagging tools (ex. Google Tag Manager)
Working collaboratively with key media owners on innovative partnerships, and finding proactive solutions / opportunities.
Setting a high professional standard of client-facing work within the team e.g. error-free campaign setups, high-standard optimization and analysis, etc.
Mentoring the performance team with insightful developmental feedback to team members and colleagues with periodic reviews.
Ensuring strong day-to-day task and project management to effectively manage workloads and pressures.
Fostering a culture of results, innovation, and quality assurance within the team / agency.
