Job summary

A leading media solutions company in Dubai is seeking an experienced social media manager to enhance clients' public image and manage their social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include client communication and achieving KPIs. Fluent English and Arabic are essential for this full-time position, which does not allow for remote work.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent problem solving and conflict handling skills; Computer literacy (MS Office tools)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage clients social media pages including responding to fans, moderating pages and proactively engaging with users.
  • Actively work on enhancing clients public image through its social media platforms.
  • Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers are managed efficiently.
  • Perform other activities based on clients needs and requirements like listening monitoring or proactive engagement.
  • Make sure the KPIs agreed with the client are achieved.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
  • Responsible for achieving high quality results with only general supervision.
  • Effectively communicate the companys mission.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by direct manager.
