We are a real estate developer with a master development project based in Dubai South. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to manage the sales function for our rapidly growing real estate business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE property market, a proven track record in high-value real estate transactions, and exceptional leadership abilities to drive revenue growth, manage teams, and shape sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Provide market analysis and insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Align sales efforts with overall business goals and expansion plans across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Manage a high-performing sales team
- Set clear KPIs and monitor the team’s performance
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with real estate trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities in the UAE.
- Recommend proactive measures to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and present to the executive leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and relevant legal frameworks.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
