Location: Longview, WA

Starting Pay: $26.16-$28.00/hour

Schedule: Sat/Sun 0700-1500, Mon/Tues 1500-2300 & Wed 2300-0700

We are seeking full time employees to join our Security Supervisor team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be a part of spearheading a rapidly growing industry. Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provides lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s)
• Performs duties of Security Officer within scope of assignment
• Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel
• Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment
• Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises
  
  

Supervisor Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Must be proficient in technology (computer, phones, patrol devices and email communication)
• Professional written and verbal communication skills needed
• MVR and TWIC Card will be required
• Past Leadership, Security, and/or Military experience required
