Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the dailyoperations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
  
• Lead, motivate, and oversee restaurantstaff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  
• Assist in training new employees andproviding ongoing coaching to team members.
  
• Monitor food quality, presentation, andservice to meet company standards.
  
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, andsanitation regulations.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolvecomplaints promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization ofthe restaurant environment.
  
• Support inventory management and assistwith ordering supplies as needed.
  
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts andmanaging labor costs.
  
• Promote a positive work environment andteamwork among staff.
  
• Support management in achieving salestargets and operational goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food service orhospitality, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  
• Excellent leadership and interpersonalskills.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressurein a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge of health and safetyregulations.
  
• Good organizational and multitaskingabilities.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,and holidays as required.
