1. Operational Oversight: Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of STP and RO systems ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with established safety standards and regulations.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and operators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
4. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring continued plant operation.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
