Job Overview:
The Restaurant Supervisor supports the restaurant management team by overseeingdaily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining aefficient work environment. They supervise staff, assist with training, andensure that service standards, safety regulations, and cleanliness are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the dailyoperations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and oversee restaurantstaff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in training new employees andproviding ongoing coaching to team members.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, andservice to meet company standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, andsanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolvecomplaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization ofthe restaurant environment.
- Support inventory management and assistwith ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts andmanaging labor costs.
- Promote a positive work environment andteamwork among staff.
- Support management in achieving salestargets and operational goals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food service orhospitality, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonalskills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressurein a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safetyregulations.
- Good organizational and multitaskingabilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,and holidays as required.
