We're Hiring: Showroom Supervisor – Automotive Dealership | Abu Dhabi

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for automotive retail and exceptional customer service? Join one of the leading automotive groups in the UAE as a Showroom Supervisor and take the next step in your career.

We’re looking for motivated professionals with experience in volume car brands, deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, and a track record of leading high-performance sales teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead day-to-day showroom operations to meet and exceed sales targets for new & used vehicles, trade-ins, and lead conversions.
  • Drive your team’s performance through clear planning, coaching, and execution of strategic sales plans.
  • Supervise and support the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptionalcustomer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Actively monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), customer satisfaction scores (CSI), and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management on promotions, events, and showroom initiatives that elevate brand presence.
  • Coach and mentor your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Manage trade-in processes, stock assessments, and appraisal decisions to maximize trade-in performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Proven experience with volume car brands is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the UAE automotive market, particularly Abu Dhabi customer profiles and trends.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team success.
  • Strong retail sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are an advantage.
