Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with Specifications, Drawings, and other quality documents.
2. Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of subordinates and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and work activities as per project-specific approved method statements.
3. Prepare and carry out site inductions, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.
4. Assess and manage safety hazards, raise safety concerns appropriately, and ensure project safety requirements are met in compliance with company HSE policies and relevant legal requirements.
5. Maintain quality control procedures according to the company's ISO 9001 Management System.
6. Liaise with consultants and quality inspectors to carry out regular inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, processes, and procedures.
7. Ensure all work is completed according to the project schedule and construction programs.
8. Ensure site rules and welfare facilities are in place and comply with legal requirements.
9. Check materials at the site to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
10. Schedule, control, and monitor all plant, equipment, and materials regularly to achieve successful project completion.
11. Attend site progress and safety meetings as required.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Engineer.
13. Continuously develop knowledge of innovative firefighting installation techniques and products to enhance business and meet company HCM requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years) or equivalent ITI (2 years course) in Electrical Engineering.
• More than 2 years of experience in installations and supervision.
• Proficiency in the English language.
