A leading company in the aviation industry seeks a dedicated individual to manage spare parts and materials inventory efficiently. The role requires ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards, along with maintaining robust documentation for all transactions. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of spare parts, have relevant experience, and be proficient in English and ERP systems. This position offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
Job Purpose
The jobholder will ensure that the spare parts/materials received are as per the required specifications (quality, quantity, expiry date, warranty conditions etc.), the stock levels are maintained appropriately for all items in accordance with operational needs and items are issued as per the requisitions raised via Coupa and ERP by the workshop team/technicians.
Functional Responsibilities
Education Qualification:
Higher secondary School Certificate Qualification or equivalent qualification (must have).
Work Experience:
a) Knowledge on all automobile spare parts and materials(must have)
b) Knowledge on Operations, services and activities of a fleet maintenance and repair program(preferred)
c) On the job experience in handling the spare parts inventory storage(must have)
Skills:
a) Able to understand written and spoken English.
b) Trained in First Aid, Safety/ basic firefighting (preferred).
c) Computer skills with high proficiency in MS office and ERP
